About Speaker

Gaia Alaimo is the CEO and Co-founder of “School of Work”, the online school that helps university students and young graduates learn how the world of work works and take the first steps in their careers.

The project was born from Your Millennial Mentor, the community founded by Gaia in 2019, which has more than 50,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram.

After graduating in International and Diplomatic Sciences and having been part of the Italian board of AIESEC, Gaia worked in the Marketing and HR field between Belgrade, London and Milan in Impact Hub, Apple and Gi Group. In 2022, she was included in the Forbes Under 30 list among the 100 Italians under 30 who have distinguished themselves in various fields.
