    Caitlin oversees growth of the FT’s minibrands – vertically focused content propositions built across platforms. She has a background in technology, having worked in commercial leadership at two media focused start-ups, Trint and Hearken. Prior to that, she worked across APAC and EMEA in business development for Bloomberg and the New York Times.

    She has a strong background in growing businesses across platforms, regions and industries and leveraging connections in diverse media environments in order to maximize opportunity and drive growth.

  • Silvia Pavoni
    Silvia Pavoni
    Editor, Sustainable Views, Financial Times Group

    Silvia Pavoni is the founding editor of Sustainable Views, a prototype platform by the Financial Times Group that gives readers insight into how environmental, social and governance principles are reshaping capital, and into the emerging sets of policy and regulations driving this change.

    Since joining the FT Group in 2005, Silvia has been on assignment to over two dozen countries, reporting with both written and filmed pieces for The Banker, for which she most recently was economics editor. She still writes the magazine’s Better Banking column.

    Silvia also serves as an advisory board member for the European Risk Management Council and the Women of the Future network, and she is part of the London council of not-for-profit WILL, Women in Leadership in Latin America.

    In 2019, Silvia was awarded an honorary fellowship by City University of London. She holds an MSc and a BSc in economics and finance from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where she has also been involved in the development of its sustainable finance programme.

    Alastair Mackie is the Head of Digital Development, Commercial at the Financial Times, based in London. In this role Mackie is responsible for developing commercial opportunities for the FT’s advertising and consumer subscriptions divisions on a global basis. Since 2017, he has held specific responsibility for developing the business strategy for audio including podcasting, audio services and smart speakers.

    Since joining the FT as a graduate trainee in 2004, Mackie has taken on several roles including Head of Digital Advertising Solutions and has worked across the organisation’s operations in London, New York and Singapore.

    Lavora in Cisco dal 2014, inizialmente come Partner Marketing Manager per Italia e Israele, per supportare il team nella definizione della strategia marketing con il canale di vendita.
    Laureata in Management Internazionale, Letizia è appassionata di cavalli e levrieri.

    In the financial sector for more than eight years, from 2016 onwards she worked on sustainability and governance aspects of issuers and investors. With Generali’s SGR, she contributed to the integration of ESG criteria into the group’s voting and engagement policies, and then worked as a consultant to listed companies to manage shareholder dialogue activities and the implementation of sustainability-related strategies. In 2017, she obtained the “CESGA®-EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst” diploma in ESG investment analysis.

    Since Francesca joined illimity, her main activities have been: engagement with ESG rating companies, dialogue with institutional investors on environmental, social and good governance issues, and managing shareholder meetings from an IR perspective.

Dal 2017 è Direttore Commerciale presso Egea Commerciale, oltre che Presidente della società Energia Azzurra Srl.

    Marcella Bianco ha iniziato la sua carriera in Johnson & Johnson nel 1997 nell’ambito della Direzione Finanziaria, ricoprendo, successivamente, ruoli di crescente responsabilità nel Business Support Services, Operations, Supply Chain, Professional Education in Italia e nella region EMEA – Europa, Middle East and Africa – nonchè nell’ambito dei diversi settori di Johnson & Johnson (Medical Devices, Consumer e Pharma) per poi venire nominata nel 2020 Strategic Accounts & Solutions Lead MedTech.
    Nel suo ruolo, Marcella si occupa dello sviluppo, implementazione, gestione e ampliamento di tutto il portfolio di soluzioni, servizi e strategie di Johnson & Johnson con l’obiettivo di supportare pazienti, operatori sanitari e strutture in una sempre maggiore efficienza ed ottimizzazione dell’impiego delle risorse del sistema.
    Marcella si è laureata in Scienze Politiche Internazionali & Comunitarie presso l’Università LUISS Guido Carli e si è sempre distinta per l’impatto che ha voluto creare e lasciare alle persone con cui collabora. È un’appassionata di sostenibilità ambientale e innovazione tecnologica, nonchè Responsabile del Green Team che in Johnson & Johnson si occupa dell’ideazione e sviluppo di buone pratiche per ridurre l’impatto sull’ambiente.

    Rosalba Reggio is head of the Sole 24 Ore web TV. She is involved in finance, economics, business and economic policy. She joined the 24 Ore group in 2001, she worked for four years at 24oretv, where she conducted live economics and finance programs and updates on the financial markets. After working on Radio 24 in 2005, since 2013 you have been responsible for coordinating video activities and developing the Sole 24 Ore web TV. She conducts a weekly market program and a live broadcast on economic issues. She manages the daily production of video comments, make reportages and produce a documentary on different topics every month.

    Previously contributor for Telenova, Padovando and other minor publications, then in 2007 she landed through an internship in Il Sole 24 Ore. Since november 2013 she has been in force at the Monday edition where she writes about legal, fiscal and economic issues. She takes care of some historical rankings of the Sole 24 Ore, including the Crime Index and the Quality of Life.
