During his studies in Computer Engineer started working as System and Network Engineer for a system integrator, main role was projecting and realizing network infrastructure for TechnipMFC around the world, from Rome to Singapore.
After 7 years in this role and a relocation in London came back to Italy, the technologic world was changing so did him, cloud was around the corner and also the automation.
When he was working at Tecla, now Lutech Group, he was part of important projects in luxury industry, implementing of DevOps methodologies, continuous integration and continuous deployment for Luxottica group and a cloud migration of IBM Websphere Commerce for Rayban.
Currently he’s working in Technacy Srl as Cloud Solution Architect, with main focuses on design and deploy new multi-cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines.
He’s also an evangelist for DevOps methodologies -
Ciro LiberatorePre Sales Account, Technacy
He has always been passionate about new technologies, computer science and foreign languages (English and German) and has always preferred work in contact with the customer and that stimulated the learning of new realities and/ or technologies.
At Technacy he worked on customer care for the first 3 years with a deep technical knowledge of the software marketed by the company and then took on a new role as presales manager.
In this new role he deals with growth in the foreign market and analysis of possible new businesses and products, with a focus on new trends and the future of innovation. -
Arianna TurroniMarketing and Communications, Technacy
Bachelor in Economics at the University of Bologna where she spent a period in Budapest and then finished her Master’s Degree at the University of Parma at the course “Trade & Consumer Marketing” in the midst of the pandemic Covid-19; during her studies she carried out several projects also in the international field and for large companies like Fater and Daviness.
Former basketball player, passionate about all sports, she likes to work as a team and confront us every day.
At Technacy she takes care of marketing and communication.
She’s a native Italian speaker but she also speaks English and Spanish.

Marco Ambrosini is a management consultant and this year founder of an innovative startup that aims to digitize consulting and training services. He has worked for over twenty years in the world of Information Technology with different roles and responsibilities at the EMEA level.
It is part of the list of Innovation Managers of the Ministry of Economic Development, is certified Executive Business Coach ICF and helps companies and professionals in their digital transformation process.
Marco Ambrosini is contributing to the organizational and commercial development of Technacy, implementing new working methodologies integrated with digital tools and supporting some key figures of the company, through business coaching activities. -
Francesco FulloneInnovation Manager, Technacy
Francesco business and sustainability designer, consultant, and mentor and investor in technology companies focusing on sustainability or social impact.
He helps companies (in any stage) to better define their business propositions to create options to validate them, and I advise them to organize themselves better to reach their goals.
He founded companies such as Apropos, Digitiamo to create NLP and AI-related products, Carma, to work on the next food technologies. In the past, Ideato, where I contributed to its growth for more than ten years, creating an innovative and quality reference for the development agencies in Italy.
Francesco at Technacy is working to help the birth of innovation processes related to organizational development and technologies, ranging from the point of view of human resources, methodologies, technical skills and continuous processes in the company. Work closely with all the managers of the company areas to facilitate dialogue and growth.
