Paolo has a solid background of successes that led him to win multiple awards at the national and EMEA levels in addition to his long record of growing talent in the organization.

In 2005 he joined Johnson & Johnson where he held various roles with increasing responsibility in the commercial area and subsequently moved to the marketing area where he led various scientific projects geared to the generation of value.

Tomas studied Medical Engineering and has 15 years’ experience in the Orthopedics, Robotics and Medical Imaging markets.
