    Gianpaolo Barozzi

    Gianpaolo Barozzi is a Sr. Director in Cisco People and Community (formerly called HR), leading the Future Technology Office and the Intelligent Human Network project.
    His team is responsible for the design and development of innovative workforce experiences and solutions in multiple HR areas at Cisco. He has a wide experience in Talent Management and L&D gained by covering diverse roles and responsibilities which included global leadership for management development, innovation enablement and career development, Cisco EMEA Chief Learning Officer, and global leadership for Sales L&D. His passion is re-defining the future of work in corporations and its implication on people, business, HR and ultimately the society.
    Curiosity, creativity, passion and the ability to make innovation happen are his recognized strengths. Gianpaolo is based in Milan, Italy, and holds a degree in Physics and is not an HR-born professional. Prior to transitioning to the HR world, he led R&D teams in industrial and academic organizations, authoring >40 technical papers and 7 international patents.
    Gianpaolo is a practicing optimist and a proud husband and father of two girls.

    Angelo Fienga is Sustainability Leader at Cisco EMEAR, where he is responsible for defining strategies and solutions to help public and private companies achieve their sustainability and circular economy goals.
    Angelo is an international professional with an excellent knowledge of the telecommunications and ICT industry in which he has worked for the last 25 years.
    During his career he has developed extensive technical, marketing and pre-sales leadership skills both in Fortune 500 companies – Ericsson, Cisco Systems, Qualcomm – and in start-ups – Elsacom, a Finmeccanica company, Sky4Apps – achieving excellent results in the areas of technology development and business development.
    In recent years Angelo has helped drive the strategy for highly disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, Drones and Unified Communications.
    Angelo is also co-author of an Open Patent on Circular Economy (https://www.tdcommons.org/dpubs_series/1532/).
    Angelo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome (La Sapienza), where he later obtained a Master in Data Intelligence and Decision Science.
    He also obtained the certification in Design Thinking both at Cisco and IDEOU and the Cisco Certification in Data Science.
    Angelo lives in Rome, is married and has two daughters.

    Anna Testa is a retired philosopher with a passion for the Digital and technology.
    She is proudly part of the Cisco #Digitaliani Program Team, the Corporate investment plan to accelerate the Italian digitization. In her role she’s accountable for managing the innovation ecosystem built across Universities, VCs, Accelerators, Startups, Developers and key Partners and Customers involved in co-innovation projects.
    Previously she has run the TIM #WCAP Accelerator in Milan, the Telecom Italia Corporate Accelerator.
    Anna holds a bachelor degree in Phylosophy and a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management.
    She belongs also to SheTech Italy a no profit organization to support women empowerment in tech, and she’s mentor in international startups programs like Techstars.
    She loves travelling, cooking, enjoying life and taking care of her little baby Alessandro.

    Andrea is a business transformation and development professional with more than 10 years of experience in the digital and IT fields at global scale.
    He has worked in both startups and Fortune 500 companies around Europe, spanning from business development, strategic partnerships, agile operations, consultancy, and open innovation.
    Currently responsible to lead Cisco’s top partners in EMEAR South with establishing a Customer Experience (CX) strategy, challenging their business model (i.e. lifecycle selling and service design), organization model (i.e. team structure, cross-functional collaboration), and operation model (i.e. data and system integrations).
    Due to his passion around business, tech and innovation, you also find Andrea mentoring startups on problem-solution fit, business model, product development, GTM, and open innovation.
    Andrea is currently based in the Greater Milan Area with his wife. He holds a MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, and various certifications around Agile practices, Digital Marketing, and Gamification. On top of his strong business interest, he enjoys his free time by cooking for and meeting with friends, travelling, and playing sport.
